To celebrate the end of our topic 'Who and Where Are The Wild Things?' we hosted an afternoon of fun activities to provide the children with an opportunity to showcase their fantastic work!

Thank you so much to all the parents and carers who came along to support us and join in the fun! We made masks and crowns, decorated biscuits and showed our literacy work and models! We also performed our fabulous dance 'The Monster Shuffle!'.

Take a look at our photos!

Pow! Show me How to be a Hero!

Our topic this term is all about people who help us. We have had a fantastic time so far learning all about different professions and meeting different professionals!

The Fire Service taught us all about 'fire safety'. We learnt never to play with matches and to 'Stop! Drop! and Roll!' if our clothing ever catches fire!

We also had a visit from 'PC Patrick'. He told us all about the job of a police man and how they help us. We were able to try on some police uniform and listen to the siren on the police car!

We went on a trip to the 'National Emergency Services Museum'. It was great learning about how the emergency services have changed over time, and the different professionals that help keep us safe.
